Epicurus had his garden, Socrates had the streets, Shakespeare stood on stage; I’m just hanging out under a bridge. Marcus Aurelius had his Meditations journal; and I’ve got this blog.

I adopted the alias of Boy, because if there’s something worth cherishing about our youth, it’s our perspective. Children see the world with curiosity and untouched optimism. They see life as something to be enjoyed moment by moment. They are completely honest about how they feel. They dream. And for the most part, they believe in themselves.

I keep this blog because it allows me to recall where I’ve been, shape the narrative of my life moving forward. And of course, connect with like-minded people like yourself.
