Hi there, and welcome to my channel. My name is Koos, I'm a dutchman living in the UK and one of my biggest passions throughout my life is Martial Arts. I've trained mainly in Taekwon-Do (ITF) and hold a 2nd degree black belt in that art, but I'm most active in Jeet Kune Do. I'm an authorised / certified 3rd generation instructor in the Ted Wong lineage and I teach JKD classes on a weekly basis. On this channel I'll be posting some general JKD basics and other martial arts related content, such as topics on supplementary training etc. Walk On!
