Combat sports from TKD and Karate to Boxing, Muay Thai, and Dutch Kickboxing

Little bit about me. I wrestled for 5 years, was a 4 year varsity letterman, won the most takedowns award 2 years in a row, and was the captain of my team. I have been striking for 9 years total and have practiced Dutch Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, TKD, American style kickboxing, and Kyokushin, Shorie Ryu, and American Kempo style Karate. I have 2 blackbelts in 2 different kickboxing styles (American kickboxing and TKD), and I have 2 years of coaching experience (3 years teaching beginner level Muay Thai, 1 year teaching American kickboxing & MMA, and I am currently an assistant wrestling coach).
