I'm a writer who's passionate about books.

I created this channel as a small way of supporting Australian writers and the Australian publishing industry - that I hope will one day be supporting me.

Someone recently told me that in order to keep the Australian publishing industry alive and flourishing we need to buy on average 30 books a year. Which is what I'm going to do and bring those books to you.

Whether it be fiction, non-fiction, romance, fantasy, sci-fi and speculative fiction, that thing called "commercial women’s fiction" or literature, if it's new Australian work I'll be chatting about it. I'll also be on the hunt for book that don't often get much of a look-in on literary or book shows.

And there'll be some bookish or book-lovin' types along the way.

All to inspire you to run out and buy an Australian book and share the joy of reading.
