Taj Bell is a purveyor of perfect pixie pop. She writes sings and paints in Dublin, Ireland. She is originally from Detroit and spent her teenage years performing in the ballet. She had the privilege of studying with Judith Jamison of the acclaimed Alvin Ailey Theater, before going on to win a scholarship at the Interlochen Arts Academy. Her lifelong love of movement and grace has led to a passionate belief in fairies. She is the author and illustrator of "The Little Night Fairy", a magical story for the young and not so young.

Taj is also a very talented singer-songwriter, with gossamer vocals that gently declare her unique message. Her voice was featured on Static Revenger's Everything is Beautiful. She has spent many years performing musical showcases in the US, UK and Ireland. Taj toured Japan fronting Warren Defever's His Name is Alive in 2001. This showcase of pixiepop songs was produced by the wonderful Ray Curran in Derry City. Listen out for those fairies.
