I just enjoy getting out and cleaning up my neighborhood, my doctors have told me to get out and get active, so this is how I choose to do it. I have multiple sclerosis, and have had since 2020 diagnosed, but I've known since around 2014 that something was wrong for me, I am on a good treatment but agree that I need to keep moving, I understand that one day I might not be able to do this, so I want to get out and do it while I can. I am also very heat intolerant, so the weather must be cool for me to get out, but not freezing. I hope you can enjoy watching these videos as I enjoy watching other people's similar videos. Have a great day and do something that you enjoy and that could inspire others to get motivated.
