About Tommy Merry Music

A versatile musician and producer with a rich history in the instrumental guitar rock genre. Up until the end of 2007, Tommy had dedicated himself solely to this style. In recent years he has diversified his musical portfolio by venturing into faith-based music and producing other artists, various music styles & directing films. His latest musical documentary "Scaling the Heights: The Auburn Symphony", can be seen on PBS viewfinder.

His music has been featured in a range of media: Radio, Film, Television & brought opening spots with notable bands: Journey, Metallica, Joe Satriani, Montrose, Asia, Y&T, Testament, Michael Schenker, Tony MacAlpine & Lita Ford etc.

After the passing of legendary guitarist, Ronnie Montrose, Tommy was invited to join GAMMA, featuring Davey Pattison. Co-headlining with Deep Purple, Boston, Quiet Riot, Edgar Winter, Tommy Tutone & Kiefer Sutherland until singer Pattison retired to Scotland.

Tommy currently resides in Tennessee
