Hello there!
For years I suffered from a multitude of health issues - back pain/surgeries, blood clots, migraine headaches, etc - but I finally took responsibility for my health and have now regained my life!
With that I have rediscovered my love of cycling and mountain biking, all at the age of 50! I'll be sharing some of my rides and adventures in the Eastern Kansas and Kansas City area, and beyond.
Remember... life doesn't end at age 50! :-)
