Diary of a Masters sprinter
Hi - I'm a V55 Masters sprinter, rapidly approaching 60! After over 40 years, I am returning to track racing with my club, Croydon Harriers, to train and compete at 200m & 400m (although I'll have a go at anything from 60m to 800m).
