As a child, Ryan loved movies and grew up constantly creating scenes and storylines in his head. He spent entirely too much time one summer plotting out an action sequence with a skyscraper built out of Construx…years before ever holding a camera. Lewis finally convinced his parents to buy him an 8mm video camera while in high school and he never looked back.

Over the years, he has produced, directed and edited for a number of clients around the country but his true passion is creating powerful images that serve a director’s vision. To date, Lewis' work has received awards from film festivals nationwide and has been mentioned in "Time," "Entertainment Weekly," "The Onion," "The Guardian," "Film Threat" and featured on the Independent Film Channel. When not on set, Lewis loves board games and playing rec league hockey…but he’s much more skilled as a cinematographer than he is at either of those hobbies.
