General guff centred on Wellington New Zealand, Mountain biking, trail biking and anything that comes to hand.
As for my riding ability... it's fairly average.. If I can do it, anyone watching should be able to get to my level (and pass it) without too much trouble.. I've ridden motorbikes most of my life which helps.. but just get out there and ride.
Up hills and jumping doubles are my nemesis.
