My name is Gary Cunningham and I am an author and motivational speaker.
Shamefully, I am also a former prisoner - but incredibly, prison actually assisted me in finding my true self and, in turn, saved my life.
I, like so many, have struggled with my mental health, so the Vlog section of this channel is just my thoughts and opinions on methods I personally use that have truly helped me. My biggest wish is that they help YOU in reminding yourself how important YOU are.

"A Student's View" is me giving the students of Ireland a voice. Trust me, there are some truly thought-provoking conversations had with these absolute Ninja's 😁.

"Coffee With Gary" is myself having the absolute honour of chatting with some truly remarkable humans. My books have brought some beautiful, inspiring, incredible people into my life, so I'd love for you to meet them too.
