Welcome to John Fowler Trail Running & Vanlife Adventures !

Trail & mountain running and MTB'ing are my passions and although of average ability and now 58 years of age, I still give it my all! My ultra race experiences include the North Coast 55k in North Devon, the 2021 UTS50K in Snowdonia and the 2022 UTMB OCC in the Alps.

I'm now moving into a van, touring the UK in 2023 & plan to spend at least 3 months in France, mainly the Alps in 2024, while juggling this with a digital nomad contract working life in architecture.

The aim of this channel is to share my passion by providing fun, engaging and informative videos covering routes, equipment, race reviews, training, & injuries.
