About Yoga for Every Body with The Ordinary Yogi

Welcome to "Yoga for Every Body". My mission is to share free yoga so that Every Body can move to be well and as healthy as possible. Some sessions are for beginners and some sessions are suitable for up to elite level athletes. Do not be discouraged though if at first you find the sessions difficult - you may be at the bottom of the mountain but you will get stronger as you climb!!!
Exercise as often as you can. You might want to play one session over and over. You might need a great start to your day (Sun salutations or Feel great) OR a session that you do when you are stressed (Guided Affirmations Yin Yoga) or when you feel physical discomfort (a restorative practice)
As a teacher of 30 years I am passionate about sharing information and living a healthy and happy life. When the stress and exhaustion of raising children, working and competing my horses overwhelmed me - I looked for a way to live a better life. Yoga is the lifestyle that I have grown to love I hope you do too.
