Welcome to Forward Motion Enthusiast, formerly Coffee, Tris and Thunder Thighs. My name is Marcy and I am from Southeast Louisiana, but currently living in central Mississippi. After an almost two year hiatus, I decided to relaunch the channel to reach those who want to start living a healthier lifestyle, help those who are stuck in that plateau to help remind us of the "why," and for those of us, like me, who had life get "lifey" and perhaps back peddled into their old lifestyle.

Back when I dropped the weight the first time, by biggest regret was I didn't document the process. So now that I am once again back in the obese lifestyle unfortunately, I want to take you with me and prove to you and me that this can be done and this is how. So let's rip off the band aid and get after it.
