Dalena&pals is a vlog of parts of my life, with my pals & the things that mean the most to me. The best part of the process of making all of this is, me remembering to have fun and creating lots of memories. I am also going out of my comfort zone because I want to encourage everyone to talk about your mental wellbeing and why it’s so very important for both men & women. At the start of this new decade, I made a new years resolution to be a mental health advocate so I hope that by doing this channel I, 1) channel the positive energy & help change your mindset and 2) remind you that you are NEVER alone and there is always someone to go too.

Life is hard when you ride it solo so why not tell your problems as a problem shared is a problem halved. Unity creates strength & together, we’ve got this!
