No, this is not the cartoon I posted about making backgrounds for a few days ago. (That is coming though!) This was something I did on the side over the past few weeks as part of that annual art competition I mentioned in the description of Farto Bleemo, except this cartoon isn't over a year old and was actually finished just recently!
I decided to upload this now because it's just a perfectly good finished cartoon lying around, and if I waited any longer to upload it, it'd look like I actually regressed in my abilities!
