v1.2 adds the Ring Launch, used by pressing C (costs one ring.) Timer and rings reset when Sonic dies, and ring counter is properly displayed. Added dev key 4 (press 4 to spawn ring above sonic, one second cooldown.) Fixed "Double Death Sound" bug.
