I was thinking:
Scratchers like potatoes.
Scratchers love cats.

And I thought to myself:
POTATO CAT

While drawing the PotatoCat, I saw a Pillow Pet commercial. I began to sing:
It's a potato,
It's a cat,
It's Potato Cat!

And then this happened.
