Great info. I hate all of it. So many "trick" questions and "wrong" answers. If an interviewer wants to know something, they need to simply ask; we're not 14 year olds with crushes on each other, we're adults.

This is the best video I have seen on how to answer this interview question. Thank you for putting the effort on creating a structured way to approach it as well as highlighting the possible mistakes, using simple but relevant scenarios to exemplify it. Great help, thank you a lot!

I think a good way to get the answer to these questions is include VOLUNTEER ING as part of the hiring process, that way the employers will SEE what the applicants can do, and how they do in an actual work environment. Im reminded of a song from the musical A CHORUS LINE where a character says "Put me to work..let me SHOW you what I can do. I know volunteering may not always be possible but when it is I highly recommend it.

watched this video multiple times! 👍
  • you were simply superb. i liked the way you explained it , there was lot of interesting tips. the best one is if someone ask you about your strengths just be happy to brag yourself this is the best opportunity to explain yourself. so that was really best sentence and the way you said was so live and cheerful way. it made me smile and think yeah its true. why get anxious on such interview questions rather be happy and answer it so you can out lot of good impressions with this. so thanks again !
