Has to be the first house and the elderly woman who had the problems with the raccoons and no flashing on the chimney . She should get the new roof.

House #1: Racoons, No Flashing, Existing Damage, poor ventilation, a roofer who did a bad job...sounds like a perfect house new metal roof with wood strapping and 150g waterproof membrane from the Rudan Brothers 😂. (I'd say the Terra Cotta or the Brown)

If I had to choose, I choose the first house for the brand new roof because, according to me, it was who need it the most.

Going off of personality, Jason and Marnie seemed the most accepting and appreciative, but the first lady seemed the most in need of your help on the roof. So I’d say go with her.

Give the roof to the last house . He was so shocked to get the gutters for free, said he was short on cash but wanted to give you something, so gave you all a beer... They also have a baby coming..and lastly, because the guy next door was so rude and said 'nothing was f*cking free' and shut the door on you, so it would be great for his neighbors to get not only free gutters but a free roof too and he would find out how it was all free and that could've been him ! He would wish he could take it all back...😀

They all deserved new roofs because they are very nice people, but Mrs Herman's roof is the worst. So I think you should do her roof. Thanks for what you guys do! In the words of lovely lady Jane from a previous roof: "You guys are BEYOND"
