In the 13 years between installments in the “Avatar” franchise, Sam Worthington got married and had three sons. Nearly everything, he says, revolves around them, even the decision to relocate from Australia to New York City, where stricter laws about paparazzi mean he can better protect his children’s privacy.  “Avatar: The Way of Water” mirrors some of the shifts in Worthington’s own life. Jake Sully, the improbable savior of a group of extraterrestrials known as the Na’vi, has also settled down and had children. We catch up with Sam Worthington to discuss all things "Avatar".

Cameron and his casting directors have the magic touch in putting together amazing talent: Ed and Mary, Leo and Kate, Sam and Zoe, Arnold and Jamie Lee Curtis, etc. And supporting cast like Tom Arnold, Bill Paxton, Stephan Lang, etc
  • Honestly, I think Sam Worthington is a great actor! Really liked his performance in the first film and his performance in the Way of Water as a protective father and husband was really well done!
  • As a movie goer, as someone who LOVES sci-fi adventures and action movies, this movie in my 25 years of life CHANGED ME. It is just straight beautiful the actors EVERY SINGLE ONE deserves a Oscar. Pure cinema.

One of my favourite actors portraying one of my favourite protagonist's in one of my favourite films of all time, I'm excited for Saturday, first time ever watching a movie in IMAX 3D and its Avatar 2 😁
  • This whole movie was like watching a magic trick unfold before your very eyes. Was the story simple? Yeah. But sometimes that's all you need and all you want. Movies like this don't get made very often and serve to remind you why you go to cinema.
  • Seen this movie an hour ago! Way better than the first one! So epic, so dazzling and so majestic! 9/10 for me, can't wait for the sequel! Also, try see it in 3D if you can!
