Fun fact: Rochelle had over 75% of her voice lines cut in the final release. The recent Last Stand update brought most of those lines back so she actually has a personality now

My first experience with Left 4 Dead was nothing but pure magic. Coming from Resident Evil: Outbreak, Re4, and Silent Hill. Left 4 Dead made me feel like I was in an actual zombie outbreak, where the whole city is in disarray. Chaos everywhere, and a simple, yet effective horde of zombies hunting you down. The adrenaline I felt running towards the first security door after accidentaly activating the alarm of a car nearby was out of this world. And the special infected? Man, what a ride.

Where many games age poorly or lose their appeal because something else comes along and does what they do better, a masterpiece is something you can always go back to, knowing you'll have a great time as if you played it like it was brand new." is such a good quote of yours that I will use it in numerous future debates

Fun fact also the special infected have their own noises when they spawn as well and you could memories them to understand which one spawned.

Valve's golden age was one of the best gaming experiences you could've ever had, in an age where games were already arguably at their peak.

I'll never forget getting dragged halfway across the swamp fever map by a charger modded to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Good times...

That sad moment when your friend sacrifices himself so you could get to the escape vehicle at the end

L4D 2 is immortal. God tier. Its environment is legit scary with all the voices of zombies. The dialogues also are so realistic and we actually feel that we are surviving a zombie outbreak.

Nick's "I have not, come this far, to die now." line is one of the rawest lines in gaming.

I love the fact that you can play this game over and over and still hear different dialogue from the survivors not to mention how in depth they all are

I love how in left 4 dead, you never quite feel safe. There will always be that one hunter that will take you by surprise
