Kids.....you’ll never understand the affect that 80’s music still has on us 50+ year olds today!

Who else thinks this song Still Rocks today 👊

Love me some REO! Brings back so many memories. Who else remembers waiting for a song to be played on the radio so we could record it with our cassette player and add it to our mix tape? The good ole days!
  • Being a father, that brought tears to my eyes seeing your daughter walk out. What a feeling it must have been! I've been an REO fan since the mid 80's.....nicely done Kevin.....

Back in 1985 it was the first dance with the gal I ended up marrying. Going strong in 2021.

WHO else is watching this in 2020 in the mess we are in today as of August 10th? Every time I hear this beautiful song, memories of my younger days flow back over me. Takes me right back there, and it awakens all those feelings I struggled with at that age.The passion, the love of life we all feel at that age. Great to be able to revisit just by listening to the music.

Awesome that your child sings a song with dad. This shows some the highest respect any father would appreciate and feel the strength of love from family.
  • I am Black, and l love this song.l am 63 years old. I am sitting here wiping tears from my eyes,as l watch him sing this beautiful ballad with his daughter. I then watched the video from 1985 when he was young and had long dark flowing hair. It is wonderful he did this with his child. This song will live forever. And years from now, she will appreciate even more what her Rock Star father(lead vocalist of REO SpeedWagon) did with her on stage.

He's 68 years old! Let see how good we all sound and look at 68. Props to him for getting to do what he loves, for all these years.

I'm 55 and I've always heard there's no such thing as FOREVER but I believe there's is such a thing and 80s music is the very heart of it. REO still amazing as ever. I'm so thankful I grew up in the time I did.

Kevin Cronin is a nice guy... and he’s really involved with his kids. He coached my nephews basketball team for years. He’s a good guy, and still enjoys life. Give him a break. He looks good for his age.
  • @Game-The-System
I'll bet when Kevin wrote this song in 1984, he never imagined that one day he'd be singing it as a duet with his daughter 35 years later.
  • @TheHockey06
As a father, I believe that daughter has NO idea YET how special that moment really is until she gets older. especially when her father is gone. There is really no way she could..
  • This is priceless.. a dad and daughter duet...so beautiful...beautiful memories.. p.s Kevin your baby girl is beautiful.

Who cares how old he is or looks, he has had many good years and good music, I have been listening to him since I was a teenager in the 80's
  • @thomasvise140
I’m 69 and every time I hear REO it reminds me of how awesome the music was in the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s, and how nothing today compares to it. To see his daughter doing a duet with him was the most amazing thing!
