1: You can't go outside without tour guide. 2: you can't use their currency. 3: you can talk to locals bcz you are with you tour guide , alone you can't. 4: people are going back bcz they can be tracked and their family is still in North korea (they don't want to get their family tortured. 5: less women on roads ....
