As a retired mechanic, tell your dad to KEEP THAT LANDCRUISER. Just do fluids, timing belt, etc, and that thing will last 300, 400 or 500k miles. That thing is awesome.

Allie - if you're 36 weeks into pregnancy then we're hoping for FOUR more weeks gestation! 40 weeks is the ideal 'cooking' time - anything before 37 weeks is premature and therefore carries it's own risks. Sit tight. Keep cooking. Rest when you need to. Baby will benefit from coming into the world at the proper time.

I really feel for Trent as he has so much on his plate. I understand his frustration and when he feels defeated, I totally get it. You guys are the best and get so much done. It's been fun watching the process. I could just love on that little Leo. I feel like Auntie and Grayson get unrecognized, but they sure seem to be great people. Auntie is playing a huge part in Leo's life and Grayson is quiet and just works away. I marvel at their commitment to your family. Your friend/employee has showed such dedication as well. Hint on AC... Every week, during the winter when you don't need AC, turn it on, and allow the refrigerant and the oil to circulate. This will keep the seals lubricated and keep them from getting dry. Dry = leaks.
