It was a crime that stunned Kansas City back in 2001, so monstrous many could not believe it.

A man who took a professional oath to “assure optimal outcomes for all patients” instead was diluting the medicines used to treat them.

Dude basically murdered untold numbers of people. How can they let him out??????
  • @cobra6922pi
How is he a non violent criminal? Murder is murder; he just did it a very cowardly way. No early release should be given him. Is this becoming standard fare in our "today's justice system?"
  • @amiedavis5257
This is a serial killer. How the hell is he getting out of prison?

This man killed my mother, along with other family's mother, fathers, sisters and brothers. Now he gets to walk free. This is what having a lot of money means in America folks. 2 tier justice system.

Pharmacist from Australia here , this guy should NEVER be released!!!

OMFG, they're letting a serial killer out. To the miscreants who allowed this to happen. SHAME ON YOU. He's NOT a non-violent criminal.

Justice once again was shorted by the release of a man that was personally and intentionally responsible for killing possibly thousands of people leaving him with the title of the highest serial killer of all time and gets to walk away. Shame on the heinous court decision to allow him to walk out with his freedom and stating he was eligible due to his "non violent " ways in prison and "non violent charges" on his conviction. May I remind the state of Kansas that he killed hundreds if not thousands of people through abuse and intentional misuse of his profession that people entrusted him with all for the reason of living outside his means and total financial greed. If this isn't isn't a blatant miscarriage of injustice, I don't know what is.

My brother was one of his victims. This guy should never be let out.

This type of thing happens more than we know. My Dad had cancer, and when my Mom went to pick his pain medicine up. They told her it was already picked up. Someone at the pharmacy was stealing.
  • This is outrageous‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️How many precious souls died because of his cowardly actions. He murdered thousands upon thousands‼️‼️‼️‼️ Our justice system is, actually, broken‼️‼️‼️‼️

Be sad for him if he got cancer and was refused any cancer drugs.

This guy is a monster. Shame on them for releasing him.
  • He shouldn’t be released. His victims are still dead. Their loved ones still suffering from what he did.
  • @edmclendon9399
The millions of dollars he stole is being used to buy his way out of prison! Life is not fair.
  • @teresewecker
I remember seeing this on Dateline... I thought to myself... This guy will never get out of prison.... And here he is..... I'm just wondering what his family thinks of him... If he has a family..
  • @donnasloane9031
He deluted my chemo cocktail.....my hospital caught it....and the right formula was given to me.
  • I would assume this happens much more often, because greed is so rampant.
