You can find Chains of Hades from Olympian or Underworld Chests, as floor loot and by defeating Mythic Boss Hades. Simply walk over to any Mythic Boss statue and interact with it. Defeat the minions, if applicable and hit the Olympian boss once to complete the Quest.
