Original Song: Internal Thoughts of an INFJ - Depression

Published 2018-07-09
Going to upload this so I can regret it and be embarrassed for all eternity (hehe so dramatic)
A super simplistic, small representation of how I feel when I'm experiencing depression (which by the time you're reading this I may not be, so don't fret!)
Lyrics along the lines of:
I don't know how to admit to you/ that I am very lonely too
I don't have much to say because/ what's in my head is a buzz-kill
I don't want to be a burden / or make you sad all the time
Iwant to be strong for you / and be the one to help you through
[Chorus] I know that you want to help me /
but how can you when I can't even see /
the bright light when I'm in the dark /
v2 I don't know how to say to you /
all the things that I go through /
I don't know how to admit that I'm sad/
because I don't want you to feel bad /
so I pretend nothing is wrong / & try to make it through
v3 I'd rather do it all myself / then make you set your life on the shelf /
I don't know how to say to you that I am lost and stumbling through
I barely know how to get by /
I try to be strong all of the time /
[outro] I try to act like it all is fine
but this life doesn't feel like mine
most of the time

sounds very INFJ (the lyrics lol), its good to acknowledge your feelings, whatever they may be. and sometimes there's not much outsiders can do but just be there. sometimes we believe that circumstances dictate our happiness, but happiness mostly stems from our attitude Anyhoo, love your videos! ~Stan
