This is video from IDF (Israel Defense Forces) paramilitary training bootcamp conducted by soldiers and officers of the Nahal Infantry Brigade and Education Corps. This basic course occurs in final year of highschool life in Israel prior to military conscription and entry to Rifleman courses. For most Israeli youth this marks the first beginning to Israeli army and military life.

Soldiers of Nahal trace their history from a movement of original founding pioneers of Kibbutz and Moshav agricultural communities. As well as basic military instruction, the Nahal and Education Corps soldiers also teach incoming IDF recruits on military history.

I can't imagine all high school students in the U.S.A. being this disciplined and physically strong/ and in shape to go through this training.

Shalom,and all my respect,admiration,and support for all those beautiful,and brave IDF women warriors,who also are doing an excellent job,in helping to defend,and protect the land of Israel.No doubt,the IDF,is very blessed in many ways, including also having many people of all races,color,and religion,all serving proudly,and honorably in the IDF today.It's no wonder,why the IDF,is also considered to be the best trained,and most powerful army in all of the middle east to this present day.May Hashem continue to bless all the men,and women serving in the IDF,including the nation of Israel!
