French Press

*last two sets to failure, last set 15+ reps, lighter weight
Assisted Tricep Dips
3 sets - 10-12 reps
*last set dropset
Ez-bar Bicep Curls
4 sets - 10-12 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Curl
3 sets - 10 reps each arm
*last set uni-lateral sets with same weight as previous set
Reverse Cable Bicep Curl
