Rope Tricep Pushdown
5 sets - 10-12 reps
*last set dropset

Overhead Cable Tricep Extension (bar)
4 sets - 10-12 reps

French Press
4 sets - 10-12 reps
*last two sets to failure, last set 15+ reps, lighter weight

Assisted Tricep Dips
3 sets - 10-12 reps
*last set dropset

Ez-bar Bicep Curls
4 sets - 10-12 reps

Alternating Dumbbell Curl
3 sets - 10 reps each arm
*last set uni-lateral sets with same weight as previous set

Reverse Cable Bicep Curl
2 sets - 10-12 reps
*last set dropset

This channel has by far the best workout advice, even if you are a natural bodybuilder. Great to tips on avoiding injuries, on mind muscle connection, light weight high reps etc
