What a blessing that your handy man sensed moisture…saved you a big headache from finding mold once the boys are grown and everyone keeps getting sick..lucky boys

One advice I can give to you. Being a mother of 2. Don't be quiet when they sleep. Make as much noise as you can. So they won't wake up on every little noise you guys or the fur babies make.
