Not sure why people are making a fuss about you firing your staff member - if you are to show the real side of business, its the kind of hard thing you need to include As a fellow new entrepenuer who still has their 9-5 but probably will get fired like you soon, the struggles you have are very relatable. The honesty is commendable, but it just further drives my skepticism of the swarm of new agency founders pitching everyone without any specific competitive advantage. Worrying about getting to the bare minimum before the next month's payment is due so the client hangs on another month. Bowl of protein with shirt off or singlet on is just something seen from the marketing agency influencer bros too many times... it's all too familiar! Don't get sucked in by their fakeness and (lack of) business model, don't move to Dubai for your next video!
