As a former 63B/91A, we use red rtv on everything cause it's all we had. I wouldn't be surprised if you found a gasket or two made of MRE bags and cardboard ๐ Speaking from experience here, stock up on some portal seals and a couple gears. Looks like fun! If I'm ever in Idaho with some toys we'll have to do some wheeling.

29:12 I have fallen in love with the wago connectors for testing and prototyping and even diagnosing. I work on commercial cooking equipment so there are 24 volt systems but it also handles the high voltage stuff too, 480 volt.
