If you can’t sit 18 minutes without crying over a video answering all your questions because you’re in pain, you need medical help asap. This video is pure value content, no fluff, it goes over everything: evaluation, immediate recovery and long term recovery. Thank you so much. ❤

    :hand-pink-waving:this video helps me a lot:hand-purple-blue-peace:
  • In the entirety of YouTube, you're the one explaining this the best manner. I pulled my left groin muscle so I feel tense in between my inner thigh and left testicles. No pain just tense and discomfort. Doctor said I've strained the muscle there. It has been 4 weeks now and the recovery had been slow. But after watching your video I understand that I need to be patient with it. Thanks for your content. It has put my mind in ease as I was worried. Lots of love ❤

Thank you so much! My teenage son suffered a calf injury playing intense sports. We did not do the right thing the first week. I took him to a sports medicine doctor who did convince my son to rest it for a full week but did not give us good advice on what steps to take next. I think this video will save him from rushing back into competition and causing more problems. I’m going to watch your “calf muscle strain treatment” video next. Thank you so much!!!!
