How Boosts Work in AQW Damage Boost Stacking.

They changed this recently and now it will take your highest % boost and prioritize it for that category.

I really hope they add a active bonus icon or setting so we can actually see the damage/exp boost etc that we are getting

If anyone's wondering the exact % they will end up with, boosts are multiplied not added, so apotheosis + polly roger, 1.5×1.3=1.95 times the damage against tagged monsters ( if they are not tagged, polly roger won't have an effect) And for xp, gold, rep and class boosts: server boost + your own boost + beast of the legion helm = 2×2×1.3=5.2 times the xp, rep ...

Man imagine if they just showed our active %boost in our class info instead of us just guessing if we did it correctly

Nice video, also important thing is for example: if you have cape of awe(25% exp, gold.. boost) and then you take Yami no Ronin sword(also have 25% boost) you will have 25% boost on gold exp etc(not stacking), BUT if you change last equipped boost item and take non-boost one (in this case Yami no Ronin sword) Your boost will drop to 0% even if your cape of awe is equipped. To get back 25% boost with non-boost item you've changed, just unequip and equip again item that u want to keep in this case cape of awe.

Before I knew this damage boosting, I went to class hall, I opened up the battle analyzer I tried to equip the archfiend deathlord and then equip the nsod.. btw I limit the time into 1 min only and I'm using VHL *Archfiend Deathlord + Nsod (lastly equipped) -Damage Done: 693,063 (11,551/sec) *Archfiend DoomLord + nsod (lastly equipped) -Damage Done: 542,492 (8,750/sec) and this is what I tested..

also if you have apotheosis and want a lot of dmg boosting weapons and don't have a lot. You can buyback the weapons you used to merge apotheosis and while at it, farm insignias for a bit more to get the exalted duality. then you can have two +40% and the apotheosis with each having different ench. Not much but it saves time from going back and forth just to ench.

So the g/xp/cp/RP boost from head doesnt work together with archfiend doomlord armor?
