Even if you're a Class-I or Gazetted officer through backdoor, you ought to respect a Grade-IV staff who cleared the exam through fair competition.

I was unemployed for many years, I was also offered Steno grade 2 in one of the Directorates, Kohima, I strictly said no toy dad as well.. I maintained my Dignity and Integrity, I have my own self respect, I won't be able to face the staffs if I had went through Backdoor, By God's Grace I got through As Excise Inspector Class2 Gazetted in 2018 . Iam having the fruit today where I sacrificed for years.

My brother got school teacher job somewhere around 2015. He refused it and stood to his decision, although the family was against him. Till today he is a private teacher in a collage and we are proud of him.

Earlier this year our church invited a pastor from other church to grace the devotional service with the word of God. Midway through his sermon, he sighed and said “After getting a job through backdoor, please don't invite pastors and deacons to pray for you. Tai kan k dukh nadibi!” It served me a good reminder in my pursuit for honesty, and still does.

When I was young I used think who will do grade 4 post like driver peon etc etc...but now iam graduate not able to crack driver sweeper post also through NSSB...life is hard

To all the fans of DU who are backdoor appointees, it's never too late to make the right choice.😊 I am someone who have rejected govt jobs, because it was not something I achieved. I am happy with the life I am living without a govt job because I choosed a life of principle and integrity. God bless 🙏

I once rejected peon post which was offered by my uncle when my wife was diagnosed with cancer and my father was stroke patients plus kidney n heart problem too. And moreover that time i was financially not in a good position.... It is in difficulty time how much we can give to God His pure innocent blood safe me 😢 Amen
