As a previous batista for Starbucks I can honestly say I misspelled it because I was too much in a rush to ask exactly how to spell it and I'm terrible at spelling. I honestly had issues rememenbering how to spell Cheryl it took me Years! It was frustrating for my head lol. My manager actually encouraged me to ask the customer how to spell their name correctly but in morning rush with 20 people or more. Nope no i dont have time to ask. Keep the line moving lol
