What might really help you with inventory management is the "quick stack" option with the RB button. It instantly takes whatever item is already in the chest out of your inventory and stacks it in the chest accordingly. So to free up your inventory you can just go from chest to chest and hit RB.

Bandit, I just found out about this second channel and your streaming, somehow, but the reason you keep getting oneshotted is because you never repair your armor! When armor is broken you don't get the bonus health or damage mitigation from it. Also, build boxes, you are carrying way too much with you when you go adventuring and it's slowing you down.
