I love how the movie just started fast and didnt waste anytime with boring plot building. 10/10
-
I love Dean Cain movies and Bo Bridges is a bonus
-
What a great disaster movie, I can't believe I have never seen this before. No goopy relationships, It hits the ground running and I'm only 6:32 minutes in!
-
2006 graphics are done on today's laptop. The acting was mostly good, the story was good, all the side stories kept you busy... a bit too busy but it filled time. Definitely worth the watch!

This style of movie just shows what could and may happen. Suspense

Watching that water being pulled back brings back a childhood memory.....we took our boat to Fire Island, NY every weekend. One such weekend, as we walked to the beach we saw the coastline had been pulled back ! You could literally walk OUT where there was Normally water but Not today !!! My Dad said ever so gently...." get the f back to the boat " !! We ran & got back on the boat & went home !! I never knew what That was until I learned about Tsunami's !! Was it ? I don't know But I never heard anything about it, but then again I was a small child !! I have NEVER FORGOTTEN THAT DAY !!!

I love these low budget films, I remember watching them a lot as a kid
-
it is interesting how they use the 'Movies' to condition, the perception of our future realities !
-
This movie is much above the disaster genre level
-
As lower budget movies go this was actually pretty good. Thanks
-
Brilliant in every way. I loved this film, as an advid watcher of disaster movies this is by far the best and most believable

The power of Nature is awesome.

Very sad there is no 3rd series. wanted to see what they do to the East Coast. Expected things like Florida and New York go underwater.

Whenever I see Frank Langella I'm reminded of his appearance in the 70's "I Love New York" ad campaign. He was dressed as Dracula (his Broadway lead role} In the ad he states "I love New York, especially in the evening!" Then he puts his arms out to the side lifting his cape and turns around.

Gotta love disaster movies 👍👍

I’ve seen this probably 3 times- always enjoyed!

The only thing missing from this movie is the Yellowstone National Park caldera. If all the earthquakes and geologic catastrophes in this movie were real, the Yellowstone volcano would have erupted and blown the western United States to smithereens. It was a good movie though. The acting was good, the plot was plausible, and the special effects well done. All in all, I'd watch it again.

It just breaks my heart to see all this devastation all around the world happening! God please be with us during our time of need! Protect and guide us through it and help us make sure nothing else happens that we can’t handle! Wrap your arms around us and place your armor around us and your hedges on guardian angels around us!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Either the cameraman or the director has a HUGE problem with the zoom in & zoom out button! 😡
