Notice there was no bragging here, no "look at me I am the greatest" or "I succeeded where Bush failed" or any BS like that. Just a solemn remembrance of the 9/11 victims and saluting the collective effort on that day. This is a proper President.

I was in kindergarten in may 2011 watched this speech on the news before school the next day and I still remember every second of it as a senior in high school now in 2022, chills

God, I miss Obama. I didn't agree with all of his polices, but damn he knew how to talk to the American people.

I will never forget the day my little brother woke me up to show me this. A huge moment in history.

No matter who you represent, president Obama gave one hell of a speech that ALL across the country rejoiced in. Republicans Democrats Liberals Independents We all are blessed to have him served us as our president. I remember I was in middle school when I heard this incredible speech broadcast casted to the American people.😢😊a majority of my teachers cried, smiled with joy . Best president ever in my opinion And if you don't agree with me that's your opinion but I would love to see you running for president and if there is a major catastrophe that happened to us what would you do as president of the United States to solve that. I've literally watched videos on YouTube of American citizens celebrating that we caught the man who destroyed families. We did sleep a lot easier knowing that the man has been put down.
