Consecrated Snowfield Skip Current Patch (Full Walkthrough)

Mountaintops of the giants, end of the frozen river before the frozen lake. (Top of the frozen waterfall)
Line up how my chacter does on screen (mountaintops of the giants) and jump forward. Fall until the compass (top middle) touches the mountain and then use your second jump to jump hard left.
When you land you should be alive but the camera will be bugged so -
EXIT THE GAME
Simply exit game and load it back up and it should return to proper POV. Follow the path my character takes so you don’t die to death barriers and take the portal right where you come out.

To everyone who hasn’t gotten it to work for them, the timing is quite precise, I’m guessing that’s why this method is mostly unused by the community. However, the fact that is isn’t well known is what guarantees it’s longevity in the game’s lifespan, and I can confirm that it is very possible as of writing this

As of December 18th, 2022 this still works. Just did it Edit: get to the portal as fast as you can. Almost got decimated by a red wolf down there.

No matter what I do I can’t get myself to not die before even being able to do the second jump

works as of march 1 2023! it'll take a few tries but its very doable. make sure to book it either to the way-gate or just run, because there's a Red Wolf down there who will screw you up if youre not quick :D

Works 12/26/22. I didn't have to do all the quit outs after the first one when scaling down the mountain. Took roughly the same path though.

Are you sure it's still doable after 1.12? I'm following your guide to the tee but seem to die mid-air before the camera even has a chance to change angle.

Is there antoher way to get there beside this trick without defeating all bosses?

Feb 9th 2023, still works and pretty easily, the first jump is the only hard part. March 26 2023, still works the same on 1.09

Just did it, it works as of 21.12.2022. If you die before the death cam try jump as late as possible and give it a few tries

made it all the way to the bottom! then after a few seconds of nothing... it gave me the death message and started back up top anyways. this was was of 1/17/23

So first off I confirmed it still works and on current patch. Second is that it is much easier to pull off on pc than Xbox from my experience. (Possible due to higher frame rates helping with timing)

Its definitely possible..but there are so many inconsistencys with the jump....out of 30 times i got 2 successful jumps, and both times i slipped off of something at the bottom before i could save and quit. The main problem im having is some wierd directional issues during the second jump. Ill be pushing hard left, or even top left and for some reason Torrent will do a 180, facing back at the spirit springs....
