Even the Pink Panther outtakes are funnier than most modern films.. The best comedic actor that has ever lived. Absolutely brilliant!.

I was fortunate to have been in the audience at the BBC Television Centre when this was recorded in November of 1974. After the taping was over, Sellers was very gracious and thanked the audience for their attendance at the interview. It was an evening I’ll never forget!

I hope Peter Sellers knew how much joy he added to the lives of all of us.

I watched The Pink Panther Strikes again in a Bangor (North Wales) cinema when it first came out. Constant and continuous laughter. There was no let up. No time for you to breath to get over laughing. When I came out of the cinema I, like most of the rest of the audience, was aching with pain from the laughter. It was and remains the funniest film I've ever seen.
  • There are no people like Sellers any more - nor Michael Parkinson’s. We are bereaved of real talents.
  • Peter Sellers was an absolute legend, you don't see talent like this anymore, delightful interview 🙌

RIP Michael Parkinson King of the interviews always enjoyed himself as this clip shows. God bless.
  • Different class. Both of them. Peter Sellars a genius. No TV like this today.

Two great men. One superb video. Never to be repeated nowadays as a 'Modern Audience' would neither be able to understand the humour, nor would they able to be not offended.

I remember 'The Goon Show' (on the Wireless) as a youngster. My dear Father who was quite a serious Man, would fall about listening to their antics. What a joy it was to see Father enjoying himself so.

Even to this day Peter Sellers is just a naturally funny and extremely talented man Very few celebrities will ever match his skills, intelligence and wide ranging talent
  • @andybyron1
I could watch this over and over, absolutely hilarious
  • @davis7099
It is unimaginable that a celebrity guest now could pull of this extraordinary display of talent.
  • @pauli2169
Parkinson is completely entranced by this genius, and the genius is able to perform because of Parkinson. Two great talents
  • @salliegarrett5496
I really enjoyed this video, what a wonderful raconteur Peter Sellers was, RIP Peter and Michael Parkinson.
  • @LarsGunblade
This is probably the best interview Peter Sellers ever gave. You don't encounter people this talented very often.
