Stunning Cottage / Small House Design With Car Port & Wrap Around Porch

I watch these kind of videos all the time and this is the very FIRST one that I've seen that I wouldn't change a single thing in the design! It is absolutely PERFECT and GORGEOUS!!! My husband and I are both in our upper 70s and this is exactly the kind of house we need! It is beautiful inside and out! It is my dream home! Too bad I didn't stumble on this 25 years ago. Now all I can do is dream. Sigh...

Love it all except I’d have a full walk-in shower rather than bathtub in the master bedroom but that’s just me. Lovely home.

Y’all had me at the wrap around porch! I love the entrance to the house. Separation from living room and kitchen. I love the kitchen…I would add a large hand wash sink to go in the wonderful laundry room. The sitting room off the main bedroom is a dream for me. The only thing this beautiful home is missing is storage space. I decorate for every holiday. I need a large room to keep my totes.

I would attach a car port cover over the exterior door to the pantry. Groceries, which we all buy every week, can be unloaded into the pantry, keeping all that mess away from the living room. Also a little bench and shoe rack would fit in there too.

This is an amazing house! I love everything about it, the wrap around porch with all kinds of different seating options, the clean look of the living room and the dining room, the inviting kitchen layout with the spacious pantry, the master bedroom is so beautiful, and that relaxation room off of the master bedroom was the cherry on top. I also love that the house wasn't just square, there were many turns and hallways and the house has such character. I can see many friends gathering here. Just perfect

This is just perfect house, I am looking for design to build my house and I would change nothing here. I love it, can’t wait to show my wife!

Your homes are beautiful and I love them. You have two that would be perfect for me. I am a wrap around porch fan and you have nailed it out of the ball park with several of yours.

Great design. As a Realtor and an Aircraft Fabricator for Cessna in their Prototype Division I would change a few things. I do love the wrap porch, that is something missing from many Home designs today; it has so many benefits. I would want a little bigger kitchen with an Island. The Pantry has an exit door which seems odd, since you really don't go anywhere once there. I would also add an exit door from the back porch of the Master. I would like an enclosed garage and Carport. There is enough square footage in this Home to make a small office for computers, desk, etc. I like the Foyer entry, great idea. Thank you for including the Floor Plan, it gives good spatial information.
