You know, Terry Bogard is my all time favorite Fighting game character and yet I never once considered requesting him in Smash mainly because we already have Ryu from Street Fighter who is basically Mr. Fighting Game himself and pretty much represents the whole Fighting Game genre alone while Ken represents the whole Echo Fighter concept since he's technically the original Echo, so I figured if any new FG reps were gonna get in it'd most likely be someone from Tekken or Virtua Fighter to rep. 3D Fighting Games so Terry was merely a pipe dream for me since I did't think he had a chance. Then Low and behold that 9/4/19 Nintendo Direct happened and Terry Fuckin' Bogard was announced for Smash, this quote, this fucking quote was literally the first thing that popped into my head when I saw Terry in his full Smashified glory. Never in my life have I needed something so much and never known until i received it.
