No other artist on this planet could get away with "my fungus period has been bubbly".
  • This woman is almost sixty, yet still talks with the wide eyed enthusiastic curiosity and optimism of a teenaged girl. She never forgot her childhood, just paired it with her adult experience, and the skills that came with it. That's why she's timeless

I love how she can describe a "tree root album" with such certainty on how it would sound.

I love the end bit “are you coming?” 😂

I just love hearing the creative process behind a genius like her.
  • I had the pleasure of meeting her on a school trip when she was developing her Biophilia app, she’s so sweet and I’ll always cherish that memory

Her ability to vocalize so well....that is a skill, all in it's own. Ty for this.

She’s so right, fungi are my favorite organisms on the planet and it’s also the largest. Mycelium is such a beautiful thing and what I find so special about it is the way mycelium communicates with each other. People see trees as being this mystical thing and that they all communicate with each other and know who the mother tree is, and with fungi it’s even more so and deeper. Also psychedelics are fun and good for the soul when you’re in the right place. And plenty of other mushroom species have amazing health benefits and taste great.
