Oven baked pasta dishes are a very American idea. They throw everything in a pan and into the oven so they'll have more time suing their neighbours for having the wrong kind of christmas lights. It's a culture thing. :D

America has a group of herbs and seasonings that they call "Italian seasoning". All in the same container & usually includes dried oregano, basil, thyme & sometimes rosemary.

You wanna really feed a crowd? Make a ragĂş. Make my homemade tomato sauce with beans for pasta fagioli. Make pasta al forno the right way. Donât do it this way.
