Oh my god I totally forgot the first clip even happened! The way Emily seems like she’s actually trying to bring up how weird Porter was being and everyone just laughs at the “bit” and it gets dropped. Brennan knew he could hide any suspicion under the bit!!

i LOVED this pay off as a newcomer to dropout (i’ve been around a while now but freshman and sophomore year were already out! the first season of the intrepid heroes that was new to dropout for me was Neverafter) because i have this little rodent brain that’s hardwired to search for clues and figure things out AND a massive dnd nerd, so when he said barbarian healing in season 2 i immediately went like “tf is that? is he a multiclassed paladin or cleric or some shit?” and had been DYING to know if i was right and i W A S. it felt so good.
