  • I'm just sitting here whisper-chanting "yes queen" while the woman who lost over 300lbs tells her story. It's hard not to feel second hand pride at an accomplishment like that.
  • I'm so impressed how the human body can stretch the skin so much with out bursting; weight gain, pregnancy, breast implants. It's crazy!
  • As a euthanasia tech, the “I don’t care, I was hugging my best friend!” just absolutely kills me. I like to think that’s how they all feel, even if they don’t have their person there with them…I’d like to think they would just be saying “I don’t care, my pain is gone!”
  • When you showed the " I was hugging my best friend", I just lost it. We had to put down our sweet black golden doodle, "Truffle" 5 years ago, and it was just like that. I am still crying, thinking about it.

Both of the dog stories just melted my heart. The first one was cute and made me very happy that the lady didn’t lose her dog, but the second one broke my heart in a thousand pieces… I felt one of the deepest pains of my life when I put my oldest cat down and I wasn’t even hugging her. The vet didn’t tell me anything special about this last part of the procedure, so I didn’t know if I could hold her close to me or leave her in the table, as she was already sedated. So, if any of you guys need to pass throw a similar situation, make sure you comfort your pet as much as you can - even if he/she is not conscious. It will probably make a lot of difference in the way you face the situation, seriously.

Almost cried at the apron removal. As someone who has always been thin and struggled with anorexia (where people often told me they wish they looked like me at 20 lbs underweight so weirdly my ED was idolized and my recovery has been kind of been seen as "letting myself go" even though I'm still a normal weight and eating healthy) I can't imagine the emotional struggle of going through that. Knowing you've done so much work but your past is physically still attached to you. Much love to her and I hope she get everything she wants from her removal and from life. ED recovery is so hard and I know how much she would love to just feel like she has let her past go.

I held my cat when she was put to sleep and I felt her relax after being a trooper in her old age. It was the right time and I was absolutely devastated, this was in 2019 and writing this still makes me tear up. Feeling her relax in my arms brings me comfort and I hope it did the same for her 💔

As a former x ray tech, it's interesting to see some things haven't changed. I also wanted to say the techs want the baby/child to continue to cry. It's not because they are being cruel. It's to get that deep inspiration for the chest x ray. Babies/infants will cry and cry, stop for a few seconds, take in a real deep breath, and then start crying again. The tech is waiting to "capture" that deep breath on the final x ray. Babies/infants don't exactly follow directions. You have to get "creative" to get the results the physician wants.

Gosh, that second dog vid got me straight in the feels. My old girl, named Tuesday, was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma in January. Three days later, we released her from the pain with a wonderful vet who came to the house. Friends came to help send her off. We fed her chicken nuggets, told her that she was the bestest girl, and said good bye. She was surrounded by people she loved. It was the most beautiful death. Thank you for sharing Dr Youn. ❤
  • The hugging you best friend video just broke me. My cat of 11yrs had heart failure and we reached a point were we had to let him go. It’s been 2 years and yet if feels like it was just yesterday, that pain never goes away. I re-live that’s day constantly, one moment he was purring in my arms, the next he was gone. I hope he was happy when he crossed the bridge
  • The lady finding her dog in the wreckage made me cry with happiness ❤️❤️❤️
  • @squizzyicetea
That woman who has the popped implant even said that she would continue to do this, even if it affected her children. She is genuinely more obsessed with her appearance and her kids
  • The end part of this made me cry because I had to put down my beloved cat when I was 15. I held him in my arms while he got the shot and he looked right at me seconds before he died. The vet didn’t want to let me in the room but I threw a fit because I wanted to be with him. I will never forget that as long as I live. It was literally almost 20 years ago and still makes me so sad. He was so sweet. But I’m glad I could hold him in his final moments.
  • I am glad you included one of your tik tok videos. You always show one of the more funny clips which always make me laugh. As I have said, I physically disabled from an illness I had at the age of three months. I always had two surgeons for my hand, an orthopedic surgeon and a plastic surgeon. When I was finally booked for surgery by the plastic surgeon, both doctors saw me at the same time and they were discussing on how to proceed before I went to the OR. I think the operation was a little challenging. It did not bother me that both surgeons were discussing the best way to approach the situation, in fact it it put me at ease.
  • @unelunatic
If such a good doctor says he's not fan of something, please don't do it
  • @spreest9537
It's true, the apron stomach removal thing. My cousin lost a ton of weight and it took so, so, so long until she had the money to pay for that surgery. Her insurance didn't even pay part of the procedure, which was 9,000 euros.
  • @BanoraRuins
ok but that baby's expression is absolutely priceless. i don't even know what expression to call that but it's hilarious
  • I had walked out of per op because I got into argument with a nurse over the fact that it was not my chart in holder for my area . She told me I had no right to look and that I should not have. Am glad I did, the chart was for someone having an amputation . I still remember the police stopping to ask me if I was ok . I was walking quickly away from hospital IV pole , gown and all . Told them will be ok, get me out of here .
  • @alli6791
I’m so proud of that woman for losing all that weight, to save her life. I’m sure she will be so much happier being able to move around better.
