Apparently no one remembers the same thing happening with Reagan when he started to go senile. He would tell stories about his "wartime experiences" to the media, unaware that he was describing the movies he'd made. The parallel is striking and scary, because it confirms that Trump isn't just incompetent, he's mentally unwell -- a man who can end all life on Earth at the push of a button at any time.
